Day-To-Day Coordinates scheduling for inspections, contractor meetings, homeowner appointments, and staff training. Manages calendars, schedules tentative appointments, and reserves meeting facilities as needed. Maintains organized program files, records, and data systems in compliance with retention and confidentiality policies. Supports compliance and audit readiness through accurate and timely documentation and record-keeping. Prepares correspondence, regulatory filings, notices, invoices, and routine reports in accordance with established procedures. Assists with data entry and reporting in grant and case management systems; maintains related software tools. Ensures secure storage of homeowner and client data, following confidentiality and regulatory standards. Tracks and coordinates staff training activities and supports onboarding tasks, including coordination with state facilities for new admissions. Provides administrative support including preparing emails, letters, reports, meeting minutes, and presentations. Screens and routes incoming calls and visitors; handles public inquiries and distributes mail. Orders and maintains office supplies; ensures office equipment is operational and arranges maintenance when necessary. Assists staff with troubleshooting administrative systems and offers training on internal processes as needed. Qualifications Associates Degree plus four years general office experience OR High School Diploma or equivalent plus six years directly related experience. Valid Texas Drivers' License.
