About The Position

As an Administrative Assistant I at CFB, you will play a key role in supporting our project managers and technical teams by ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day administrative operations. Your ability to prioritize tasks, maintain accuracy, meet deadlines, and handle sensitive information with discretion will be essential to the success of our office and projects.

Requirements

  • Previous administrative or clerical experience is required
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build positive working relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365; familiarity with Asana is advantageous.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and exercise independent judgment while managing multiple priorities.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in engineering, land development, or environmental services is a plus!

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls; take and relay messages to assist project managers.
  • Assist with tracking, preparing, and following up on project proposals.
  • Open job numbers for assigned projects and maintain accurate project records.
  • Set up new projects in Asana and assist with managing related tasks and deadlines.
  • Track project deliverables, prepare invoices, and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Manage the closeout of project files in an organized and timely manner.
  • Provide general administrative support to project managers and assist with additional tasks as needed.
