About The Position

ATA Services, Inc., is looking for an Administrative Assistant to work in Vermont’s Long-Term Services and Support Unit and support the nursing staff with their administrative needs. Pay: $22/hr Office-based in Waterbury: Must be able to work in the Waterbury, VT State Office Complex building 40 hours/week, M-F (no weekends or state holidays), general office hours are 7:45-4:30 with an unpaid lunch break (30-45 min). We are looking for someone who: Is well trained and very knowledgeable with Excel, Microsoft office suite (Outlook email, calendars, teams, etc.) & Adobe.
