Requirements

  • 1+ year of customer service or front office experience (medical or dental preferred)
  • Strong multitasking and communication skills
  • Prior dental front office experience required
  • Knowledge of dental insurance and treatment planning
  • Confidence discussing financial options with patients
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

  • Dentrix experience a plus
  • Bilingual Spanish and English preferred
