As one of the world’s largest lift truck manufacturers, we are committed to providing the customer with the safest, most efficient and ergonomic lift truck possible to lower their total cost of ownership.  Job Posting ExternalPrimary Responsibilities   Coordinate scheduling Company aircraft between departments or individuals requesting the use of an airplane and the Flight Operations Chief Pilot, Senior Captain, and/or the individual flight crew.  Coordinate activities such as aircraft availability, destination airport, Flight Service Operations (FSO), food requirements, ground transportation, and make hotel accommodations for flight crews and passengers.  Prepare daily flight schedule and distribute to Company pilots, Maintenance Chief, and senior management.  Assist Administration and department heads in the preparation of trip request forms, coordination of flights and securing approval from Administration. Receive all visitors to Flight Operations facilities.  Answer telephones, faxes, paging for department personnel, and relay messages for employees.  Notify appropriate personnel on fuel, freight and mail deliveries. Maintain/update emergency handbooks (Company Flight Operations Manual). Perform administrative support and related duties for the department and type correspondence for the Flight Operations Chief Pilot.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Display high level of maturity and decorum to deal properly with important phone calls and confidential information
  • Good computer skills
