Responsibilities

• Provide Clerical and Administrative Support - Ensure efficiency within the office by assisting with day-to-day tasks.
• Answer Incoming Phone Calls - Manage a multi-line phone system, route calls to the appropriate departments, and handle general inquiries from customers.
• Prepare Documents - Assist in the preparation of reports, proposals, purchase orders, invoices, and quotes.
• Manage Operational and Logistics Projects - Support office projects related to operations and logistics as needed.
• Order Office Supplies - Arrange for the purchase and delivery of office supplies to maintain a productive workspace.
