Requirements

• Two (2) years of experience in operation, admin or similar work preferred.

Responsibilities

• Exemplifies the image of “Aloha” while assisting guests in accordance with Outrigger policies and procedures.
• Provides administrative operational support to the Director of Engineering and other management staff at the property as needed.
• Communicate and troubleshoot to internal/external partners.
• Assist with scheduling, managing day to day operations to ensure tasks are completed in accordance with company policy and guidelines.
• Answer phone and email inquiries, reports, & reconciliation of expenses.
• Create and Maintain computer and paper based filing and organization systems for records, reports, documents, etc.
• Perform all necessary administrative duties assigned by the Director of Engineering.
