AHRC NYC is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant (AA) for their Manhattan Day Program. The AA position involves a variety of routine administrative functions in support of the day-to-day operations of a work unit. Under direct supervision, the AA performs entry-level administrative activities for a work unit; performs data entry; processes forms and requisitions; maintains recordkeeping; organizes and files information; prepares routine reports and correspondence; responds to requests for information; provides general office assistance; and conducts receptionist duties. LOCATION: Manhattan, 10014 SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm (35hrs. per week). SALARY: $39,000 Per Year plus a very generous and comprehensive Benefit Package. See Benefit information below.
