The Administrative Assistant 2 (AA2) is a critical member of the Donor Center and Mobile Collections teams. This position provides a full range of administrative support, in a professional and timely manner, to all Donor Center/Mobile team members and personalized administrative support to the Director of Donor Services - Collections Operations (DDSCO). The AA2 works with the DDSCO on a wide range of matters, where strict confidentiality is expected. The AA2 should be passionate about Collection practices and procedures and helping to create a culture to champion Carter BloodCare (CBC) Core Values. Regular full-time attendance is required during normal working hours; Overtime may occasionally be required.
