About The Position

Our busy dealership is looking for a hard-working, organized team player to join our dealership as our new Administrative and Sales Assistant. To be successful in this role, you must be professional, proactive, and positive when interacting with vendors, customers, and management. Our goal is not only to meet our customer’s expectations but to exceed them. This person will play a key role in ensuring our team provides an exceptional experience to our customers. What we need you to bring to work Proficiency in computers and programs such as Word, Excel, Google, etc. Excellent attendance record and punctuality Ability to effectively communicate in a polite and professional manner with the team and customers Receptiveness to constructive criticism Ability to maintain a positive attitude while improvising, adapting, and overcoming unexpected challenges A strong sense of pride in the job that is required of you Ability to work independently or in a group

Requirements

  • Administrative Assistant: 2 years preferred not required

Responsibilities

  • Assist Finance Managers and Accounting Office in ensuring prompt processing of all deals
  • Ensuring the correct flow of documents from the Finance department to the business office
  • Daily process prior day deals and report development to management
  • Processing vehicle sales documentation
  • Performs general office duties
  • Retrieving documents, records, and reports
  • Answer phone calls and emails
  • Coordinate scheduling
  • Copy, file, print, mail, and organize documents
  • Interact with customers
  • Customer follow ups
  • Additional duties as assigned
