The Operations Manager oversees the foundation’s Operations Team, which is responsible for delivering “internal administrative services” that support the organization’s mission. This role ensures the efficiency and effectiveness of daily administrative and facilities functions. The Administration and Facilities Manager directly supervises two Administrative Assistants and reports to the President/CEO. This position is an in-office role with occasional remote work hours, primarily during regular business hours that may require additional work after hours.
