Administrative and Communication Manager

Praxis S-10Sarasota, FL

About The Position

Administrative Champion Clydesdale Wanted You’ve seen the Clydesdales. Massive. Disciplined. Regal. They pull the wagon. They set the pace. They carry the weight. The beer wins the awards. The crowd cheers the brand. But without the Clydesdales — nothing moves. We are not looking for a “front desk person.” We are not looking for someone who just answers phones. We are looking for the Clydesdale. The steady force behind the momentum. The organized mind that keeps the machine advancing. The professional who takes pride in being the reason things work. If you want to work for a normal, boring company — apply to a normal, boring help wanted ad. If you want to work for a company that understands greatness is built by the people pulling the weight — keep reading. We build companies that refuse to operate at average. At PRAXIS S-10, we serve business owners committed to growth, discipline, and raising their standard of performance. That kind of mission requires strength behind the scenes. Because excellence in front only happens when someone strong is in the harness. What You Will Pull (Responsibilities): This is not a small role. It is a central one. You will be the operational backbone of our client experience and internal communication. Your work will touch everything. If it affects the client experience — you care about it. Who You Are: You don’t see yourself as “just administrative.” You take pride in organization. You notice details others miss. You follow through without being chased. You write clearly and professionally. You are comfortable with technology and systems. You like structure. You like standards. You like being counted on. You don’t need applause. You need excellence. You understand that when details are handled at a high level, the entire company performs at a higher level. This Is Not for You If: You need constant supervision. You resist systems. You dislike communication. You are satisfied with “good enough.” You want low responsibility. We are building something meaningful. This role matters too much to fill casually. Why This Role Is Different: You won’t be invisible here. You will be respected. You will be trusted. You will be depended on. And you will know — every single week — that without your effort, the wagon doesn’t move. Built for the Harness (Education & Skill): A degree is welcome. Demonstrated skill, discipline, and execution matter more. We are not hiring a framed diploma. We are hiring capability. If you have the degree and the skill — excellent. If you have the skill without the degree — we’re listening. The wagon doesn’t move because of a diploma. It moves because someone strong is in the harness. A Stable of Champion Benefits: Champions are treated like champions. We invest in the people who pull the wagon. Ready to Pull? We are not interested in volume applicants. We are interested in the right one. Send us what demonstrates your strength, discipline, and capability. That may include a resume. It may include examples of your writing. It may include proof of systems you’ve built or managed. If you are built for this role, you will know how to present yourself. We look forward to meeting the one who does. The wagon is moving. We’re looking for the one strong enough to help pull it.
