Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Attention to detail when working with data, records, and financial information
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive employee information professionally
  • Valid Indiana Driver's License

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and financial support to Street Department leadership
  • Assist with payroll, purchase orders, invoices, and tracking labor and materials
  • Maintain records, reports, spreadsheets, and confidential personnel files
  • Coordinate training, certifications, meetings, travel, and scheduling
  • Serve as a key communication point for staff, vendors, and the public
