About The Position

Driving the operations management of Honolulu Post, you will be responsible for: People & Business Process, ensuring strong systems and supporting staff transitions. Budgeting & Financial Reporting, keeping Post on track and accountable. Team Leadership, guiding an administrative team that covers: Asset, Facilities & Inventory Management Executive Support Events & Public Engagement Finance Operations Social Media & Communications Supplier & Contract Management Travel Logistics & Coordination You will also work closely with State and Federal Government agencies, as well as Foreign Missions based in Hawai’i, to make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Requirements

  • A go-getter with energy and ideas – someone who wants to learn, lead, and grow.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Confidence with numbers and financial processes.
  • Great people skills and enjoys building relationships.
  • Cultural competence with an understanding of or eagerness to learn te ao Māori and Native Hawaiian values, and the ability to weave these into work.
