Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Administration or Business Management preferred.
  • 2–3 years of administrative experience, preferably in logistics or warehousing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of document and contract management.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage general maintenance of offices and buildings.
  • Coordinate education, onboarding, orientation, and setup for new employees.
  • Handle, classify, archive and preserve branch documents (including contracts).
  • Coordinate with the Legal Department to resolve compliance issues (license documentation, Atmos requirements, etc.).
  • Process payroll reports for temporary employees.
  • Manage visitor access and security protocols.
  • Review supplier qualifications and service quality liaising with Accounting for contract documentation
  • Purchase and manage office supplies (inventory and consumption tracking).
  • Obtain, renew, and revoke licenses required for business operations.
  • Guide and coordinate with each department to ensure compliance with administrative requirements.
  • Investigate and resolve issues or deviations related to administrative operations.
  • Acts as a Branch Quality Representative maintaining ISO related documentation
  • Support quarterly management meetings with required administrative documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors for audit requirements and ISO compliance.
  • Prepare and submit performance-related reports on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual basis.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager.
