Requirements

  • Able to pass pre-employment physical/TB test
  • Obtain fingerprint clearance as required by our licensure

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO/President, exercising independent judgment, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Manage complex executive calendars, communications, and correspondence, including prioritization of requests and screening of calls and visitors.
  • Coordinate and support internal and external meetings, including Board and committee meetings, agendas, materials, minutes, and logistics.
  • Support Board governance activities, including meeting attendance, documentation, roster maintenance, and coordination with auditors and regulatory agencies.
  • Perform administrative financial duties, including budget support, expense reporting, invoice coding, and credit card reconciliation in coordination with Accounting.
  • Coordinate contracts, vendor relationships, and compliance documentation, ensuring timely renewals and adherence to healthcare and state requirements.
  • Supervise and provide operational backup to administrative and front-office staff to ensure continuity of services.
  • Knowledgeable in HIPAA regulations and fluent in compliance processes
