About The Position

The Administration Payroll and Production Assistant is responsible for performing selected accountingfunctions; assisting other accounting professionals as appropriate; preparing reports, spreadsheets, andjournal entries; performing bank reconciliations; verifying deposit information; preparing accountanalyses for year-end reporting; and performing other accounting duties. Also assist the accountingsupervisor and director with monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll reporting. About MANA Administration The MANA Administrative team provides support services for 27 physician-owned medical practices in Northwest Arkansas. We are an independent, physician owned group established in 1999 to responsibly manage the costs associated with health care, improve our practice efficiencies, and enhance overall care for our patients. Our administrative team includes Human Resources, Physician Services, Information Systems, Population Health, Accounting, Reimbursement, Compliance, Communications, Billing Services, and more! Requirements

  • Comprehensive knowledge in areas such as accounting, marketing, business administration, and finance, equivalent to a four-year college degree.
  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience or equivalent training.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate accuracy, precision, and attention to detail in all aspects of job responsibilities
  • Demonstrate willingness to accept new job responsibilities with minimum notice, and to work under conditions of moderate stress
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area
  • Follow all tasks through to a successful conclusion
  • Prepare monthly production reports for production schedules
  • Prepare bi-weekly and monthly payroll for all employees
  • Timeclock management and payroll processing
  • Research and prepare monthly external accounts receivable invoices
  • Update monthly reports for physicians
  • Quarterly and annual payroll tax reporting
  • Make journal entries with minimal errors; verify the accuracy of records and note corrections
  • Prepare monthly financial packets
  • Assist with annual W-2 filing
  • Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
