Requirements

  • High school diploma required; experience may be considered in lieu of education.
  • Minimum of 7 years of related experience required, preferably in a professional and technical working environment.
  • 2 + years of office experience required, preferably in a customer service role.
  • 1 + years of experience in domestic logistics preferred. Scale operations or international experience highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Process domestic orders and scale all inbound and outbound loads.
  • Prepare documentation for outgoing shipments.
  • Accurately and timely complete all order and shipment documentation.
  • Proactively communicate with facility personnel and drivers regarding delivery schedules and order statuses.
  • Respond to inquiries from customers, facility personnel, drivers, and management.
  • Work with production personnel to coordinate production and shipments.
  • Review invoices from freight vendors.
  • Other duties as required.
