To support that challenge, the Vegetable Seeds team is currently seeking an Admin Finance Assistant. Performs variety of activities in support of Synvep core team. Gathers, collects, records, tracks and verifies data and information from multiple sources Uses software for functional area, to compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence and presentations Conduct administrative tasks (invoice and expense claim processing, etc.) Support meetings and projects (meeting minutes, PowerPoint presentations, etc.) Troubleshoots and seeks issue resolution for Synvep in the areas of information services, finance services, facilities, etc. Assists with the meeting coordination for events (hotel bookings, catering, etc.) Coordinates calendar of Synvep leadership team Maintains Synvep share point Prepare relevant balance sheet reconciliations in line with corporate IFRS.
