The Administrative/Finance Assistant is a vital member of our team, supporting the finance and administrative functions with a variety of tasks, including bank deposits, claims entry and management, invoice processing, monthly resident allowance sheet reconciliation, payment posting, and utilizing Excel for financial data management. This role requires an individual with good organizational skills, Excel knowledge. We are willing to train; however, a background in claims management is preferred. Additionally, this position demands excellent phone and communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, insurance companies, and internal departments. This position is ideal for an individual looking to learn or use their existing financial and administrative skills in a role that also values and requires excellent communication and customer service abilities. The successful candidate will contribute to the operational efficiency and financial accuracy of our organization, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and effective internal communication.
