Manage and direct all aspects of multiple school activity accounts including but not limited to purchase orders, checks, deposits, reconciliation, and reports. Financial Manage the finances for all activity accounts including receiving and depositing money, creating purchase orders, pay invoices, and reconciling accounts. Count and deposit all monies received from lunch and school activity accounts in accordance with school board policy. Serve as the primary contact for collecting money. Design, implement, communicate and continually revise activity account procedures for students, staff, and vendors. Responsible for being knowledgeable about activity account and student information software. Work closely with district business office pertaining to finances. Prepare monthly and yearly financial reports of all student activity accounts. Maintaining comprehensive financial files including request for purchase orders, purchase orders, invoices, checks, deposits, and monthly and yearly reports. Prepare change boxes and tickets for co-curricular activities. Clerical Ability to perform assigned responsibilities, duties, and tasks according to established procedures, techniques, and standards with minimal supervision. Skill in proofreading materials to ensure accuracy. Use various software applications, such as relational databases and spreadsheets to assemble, manipulate and/or format data and/or reports. Locate and compile information and format reports, tables, records and other sources of information. Assemble and categorize facts and figures for written computation and calculations. Ability to independently identify and undertake additional tasks to be accomplished. Carry out duties and responsibilities with limited supervision. Make decisions and establish work priorities. Maintain records through filing, retrieval, retention, storage, compilation, updating and destruction.
