Admin Facilities Maintenance Technician
About The Position
People Incorporated of Virginia is seeking an Administration Facilities Maintenance Technician. This position has primary responsibility for the maintenance of People Incorporated buildings and grounds for our Head Start facilities. Repairs include minor electrical, mechanical, plumbing and HVAC systems. The ideal candidate for this position will have knowledge and/or experience in basic maintenance and repair of carpentry, electric, plumbing and HVAC. Basic computer skills are also required. You might be a good fit as a Maintenance Technician if you: Enjoy and are good at fixing and improving things Have experience and/or knowledge of basic maintenance and repair of carpentry, plumbing, electrical and HVAC Have a reputation of being self-motivated, proactive and resourceful. Have a good driving record.
