About The Position

Crunch is looking for an experienced, hands‑on Maintenance Technician to support our clubs — someone who cares about quality, safety, and keeping our members happy.

As a Maintenance Technician, you’re the backbone of the club. You make sure everything works, everything is safe, and everything looks great. When members walk in ready for their workout, you’re the reason their favorite machine is ready to go.

Requirements

• 2 years maintenance experience (preferred)
• 1 year handyman experience (preferred)
• General repair + building maintenance skills
• Basic HVAC and/or electrical knowledge
• Strong organization and problem‑solving skills
• Comfortable with email, Excel, and digital logs
• Reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

• Health club maintenance experience = a plus

Responsibilities

• Walking the facility and identifying repair needs
• Keeping accurate maintenance logs
• Working with the General Manager on repair timelines
• Reporting to the Regional Facility Maintenance Manager
• Maintaining hydromassage beds, tanning booths, and other equipment
• Ordering parts, tools, and materials
• Performing preventative maintenance on gym equipment and the facility itself
• Completing monthly OSHA safety checks
• Helping members on the floor when needed
