The Employee Training & Development Specialist is responsible for creating, administering, and delivering employee training and development solutions to build and maintain an engaged, high-performing, and collaborative workplace. The Employee Training & Development Specialist will develop and coordinate a training program and facilitate training courses focused on professional and leadership development. In addition, the position will collaborate with other campus partners to lead learning and development opportunities to build campus awareness, engagement, and accountability at all levels. Reporting to the Manager of, Organizational Development, the Employee Training & Development Specialist will serve as a change agent to provide strategies, training, tools, and resources on employee engagement and development.
