Position Summary Directs development, implementation, and administration of compensation programs and the refinement of policies and procedures to align with campus goals and competitive practices. Directs/ develops talent acquisition (staffing) strategies and implements programs and plans for recruitment, testing, and selection. Directs Payroll, HRIS , and Records Operations. Leads continuous process improvement efforts across assigned functional areas to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and service delivery.
