About The Position

We are hiring an Admin / Bookkeeper to support daily administrative operations while managing accurate and timely financial recordkeeping. This position blends office coordination with core bookkeeping responsibilities to ensure smooth internal processes and reliable financial reporting. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling both accounting tasks and administrative support functions in a fast-paced professional environment.

Requirements

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2+ years of bookkeeping or administrative accounting experience
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • High attention to detail and financial accuracy
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and standard office productivity tools
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payment tracking
  • Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements
  • Maintain general ledger entries and organized financial records
  • Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reporting
  • Organize and maintain client records, contracts, and internal documentation
  • Provide administrative support to accounting and tax teams
  • Handle scheduling, correspondence, and internal coordination
  • Maintain accurate financial and administrative filing systems
