About The Position

This role will serve as an Admin to the General Manager of the company. Primary responsibilities include: Scheduling meetings. Taking phone calls. Facilities management Payroll management. Corporate correspondence with certain parties. Assigned administrative paperwork. Other administrative functions as assigned. Education: Two or Four Year Degree preferred, or resonating experience. Fulfilling assigned tasks requires organizational skills and work ethic that comes with having a college degree of some kind. However, if they have demonstrated experience in a role like this, that is acceptable. Experience needed 2-3 Years with a degree. 5-6 without.
