JOB DESCRIPTION: SUMMARY OF POSITION Provides clerical support to the assigned team to include front desk duties, filing, answering and transferring phone calls, data entry, scanning, scheduling, and various other customer service related functions. Supports programs by organizing, coordinating, monitoring, and maintaining various administrative functions including accounting and budget records, client information, and triage/coordination program staff and clients. Ensures high quality customer service for children, adults, families, and community members. A variety of clinical training opportunities are available based on program and interest.
