Position: Office Administrator/Proposal ADMIN Salary: Hourly~ $19-24$ Based Upon Qualifications & Experience Location: Raleigh NC Area (Not a remote position) Administrative Duties and Description:: Administrative Assistants provide administrative support to the office. The primary requirements for this position are a considerable knowledge of company policies and procedures, organizational skills, computer skills, and the ability to work independently. The primary requirements for this Administrative Assistant will have contact with a variety of people, both in person and by phone, including clients, and individuals from the business community. Need the professional ability to adequately use a personal computer, calculator, copier, fax machine, and multi-line phone system. Minimal education requirements are a high school diploma and one year of clerical/office experience.

  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on the telephone
  • Must have proficiency in the use of company office technology & software (ADP,Excel, Procore, CMiC, Office 365, Microsoft Office, etc.)
  • Minimal education requirements are a high school diploma and one year of clerical/office experience
  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards
  • Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other Federal, State, and Local standards

Responsibilities

  • Manage data in spreadsheets and reports
  • Keep records and reports up to date
  • Carry out clerical duties, including answering phones and preparing documents
  • Assist with estimating proposals and submittals
  • Assist Field Staff with correct coding and submitting expense vouchers reviews if needed
  • Communicating in a positive, effective & professional manner with staff, vendors, subcontractors, and visitors
  • Other duties as assigned
