Key Responsibilities include: The Administrative Assistant also provides administrative support to the CEO; by exercising discretionary judgment in the performance of duties and responsibilities and other activities of the position, and by maintaining professional and personal educational growth and development. Work ranges from standardized office support assignments to performance of administrative duties involving decision making and judgment. Public contact is a major component of position, both internal and external to the organization. Work requires contact with program staff, managers of other facilities/units within the organization, clients/referral sources, elected/appointed representatives and the public. Also responsible for assisting CEO in the process of negotiating managed care contracts for Compass Intervention Center. Requirements

  • High School Diploma.
  • Associate Degree preferred.
