About The Position

InGenesis is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to work with our client. In this role, you will provide clerical support to the department and provide reception for the designated area. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • 1 year in general clerical experience within office/medical center.
  • Strong communications skills, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

  • Type various correspondence and documents.
  • Order supplies as needed.
  • Answer department phones, take and return messages.
  • Maintain files, staffing, schedules, MD payroll, employee's timecard recordings etc.
  • Assist members in obtaining medical services.
  • Complete forms associated with member services.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
