We are currently looking for a professional and reliable Admin Assistant/Maintenance at one of our on-site locations in our Kansas City, market. The Admin Assistant/Maintenance is responsible for providing administrative and community management support for the on-site community manager. This position will also require assisting the on-site maintenance personnel as needed. Able to work evenings and/or weekends on rare occasions. Typical work schedule will be 7-4, Monday - Friday.
