The Training Facilitator supports participants enrolled in training programs by providing instructional guidance, skills practice, and group facilitation. This role assists learners with course assignments, leads group activities, delivers lecture-based content, and provides one-on-one interview practice and coaching. The Training Facilitator works collaboratively with program staff to create a supportive, engaging learning environment that promotes skill development and participant success.
