About The Position

The Training Facilitator supports the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of training programs. In this role, the facilitator will co-lead training pilot sessions, working collaboratively with project staff to deliver engaging, effective learning experiences for participants. Please be advised that this position is supported by external sponsor funding. As such, continued employment in this role is contingent upon the availability of those external funds. If, for any reason, the sponsor funding is reduced or discontinued, employment may be subject to modification or termination in accordance with applicable policies and procedures. Responsibilities

  • Co-lead training pilots (50%)
  • Provide feedback on facilitator guides (50%)
  • Review facilitator guides and related training materials prior to and following pilot sessions.
  • Provide clear, actionable feedback on content accuracy, clarity of instructions, sequencing, timing, and alignment with learning objectives.
  • Assess the usability of facilitator guides from a trainer perspective, including ease of navigation and clarity of prompts and activities.
  • Recommend revisions to improve accessibility, consistency, and effectiveness of training delivery.
  • Collaborate with project staff to incorporate feedback and support refinement of facilitator guides for broader implementation.
