About The Position

The Department of Biology at North Central College invites applications for an adjunct faculty position to teach BIOL 317: Animal Behavior during the Spring 2026 semester. This course includes both a lecture and laboratory component and serves as an advanced elective for Biology majors. Lecture: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 9:20-10:10 a.m. Laboratory: Tuesday, 8:30-11:30 a.m. Semester Dates: January 5 - April 24, 2026, with a final exam scheduled between April 27-30. Candidates should hold at least a master's degree in biology or a closely related discipline and have prior teaching experience.
