About The Position

Position Summary Designs and delivers instruction in undergraduate Biology courses offered by the School specifically Introduction to Biology II ( BIO 1420) and laboratories. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Prepares lessons and delivers instruction for daytime courses for undergraduates. Teaches (one lecture section and two labs – nine contact hours per week) that includes content such as meiosis, genetics, evolution and biological diversity – Eukaryotes. Adheres to the established class schedule and office hours on a weekly basis. Daily 80% Submits book requests, syllabi, grades, assessments, and other required paperwork and reports in a timely manner. Daily 10% Remains knowledgeable of current research activities in the discipline by participating in conferences, publishing, and maintaining collaborative research relations.
