This course includes concepts and techniques relevant to a variety of careers related to real estate. This course also provides students with a better understanding of real estate for their own personal investment and financing decisions. Requirements

Minimum: Masters in Business Administration or Masters in Finance or Masters in Financial Economics or Masters in any field AND active Real Estate Broker license.

Nice To Haves

Preferred: PhD/DBA Finance or Doctorate in another business discipline with Finance emphasis AND active Arizona Real Estate Broker license.

Facilitate classroom lecture and discussions
Engage students in learning course objectives and topics
Assess student performance and mentor success in the classroom
Provide a positive example to students by supporting the University’s Doctrinal Statement, Ethical Position Statement and Mission of Grand Canyon University.
