About The Position

Lehman College - CUNY is currently seeking Adjunct Faculty to teach a variety of courses in Business, Management in the School of Business during the Spring Semester (January - May) of the academic year 2025-26 and beyond. Courses that need coverage for (but are not limited to) include Principles of Management, Strategic Management, International Business, Business Law, Labor Relations, Organizational Behavior (both undergraduate and graduate), Human Resource Management (undergraduate and graduate), and Employee Training and Development (graduate). Adjunct faculty perform primarily teaching but if assigned two courses, they are paid 15 professional hours during the semester to provide service in the form of office hours and for attending meetings and workshops. Performs teaching, research and guidance duties in area(s) of expertise. Shares responsibility for committee and department assignments including administrative, supervisory, and other functions. Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Sponsorship will not be offered for this position.

Requirements

  • For Adjunct Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Full Professor: Ph.D. degree in area(s) of experience or equivalent. Also required is the ability to teach successfully.
  • For Adjunct Lecturer: Bachelor's degree in area(s) of expertise, and the ability to teach successfully.
