About The Position

The Department of Biochemistry & Molecular Biology is inviting applications for faculty positions at the Assistant and Associate Professor levels with research expertise in cancer cell biology and molecular biology. MUSC Training and Experience Requirements: Applicant must have a Ph.D. degree in Science. The successful candidate will independently carry out the research projects and efficiently and productively conduct complex experiments. 2. Ability to independently plan and perform the research projects without supervision. 3. Demonstrated skills in cellular, molecular, and biochemical techniques 4. Ability to evaluate the experimental results and troubleshooting problems 5. Ability to analyze the experimental data and write the manuscripts for publication 6. Ability to maintain an up-to-date, organized, and legible lab notebook that records all experiments and tests in detail 7.
