About The Position

The Colangelo College of Business offers rewarding opportunities for adjunct faculty to teach part-time, face-to-face instruction at our Phoenix campus. GCU Traditional Campus - Phoenix, AZ: Courses are in-person and on-campus for the Fall 2026 semester (Class start date 09/08/2026) Course: Introduction to Investments This course studies stocks, bonds, mutual funds, exchange-traded funds, and other investment vehicles, and their application in investing. The securities market and trading procedures are discussed. The course introduces portfolio theory that is applicable to both professional portfolio management and individual investment decisions. The application of portfolio theory to corporate investments and diversification is also introduced. GCU's Christian worldview has shaped the university's mission and growth for more than 65 years. Requirements

  • PhD/DBA Finance or Doctorate in another business discipline with Finance emphasis.
  • Minimum: Master’s in Business Administration OR Master’s in Finance OR Master’s in Financial Economics OR Master’s in any field with current Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) license.
