About The Position

Teaching CHM 110 (Fundamentals of Chemistry) and CHM 121 (General Chemistry I)

Requirements

  • Master's degree in chemistry or biochemistry or a master’s degree in a related field with at least 18 graduate credit hours in chemistry or biochemistry
  • A resume and cover letter are required to complete the application process
  • Official transcripts required upon hire
  • Employment is contingent upon Criminal Background Check.
  • Employment sponsorship is not available.

  • Teaching CHM 110 (Fundamentals of Chemistry)
  • Teaching CHM 121 (General Chemistry I)
  • Maintains highest possible standards of classroom instruction.
  • Applies innovative teaching and learning pedagogues
  • Uses chemistry-related software technologies in the classroom
  • Demonstrates understanding of current trends within the field of chemistry education.
