Key Responsibilities Asynchronous Instruction: Facilitate undergraduate chemistry courses within the Canvas LMS, ensuring students meet learning objectives through active engagement and substantive feedback. Virtual Lab Oversight: Guide students through the use of virtual laboratory simulations (e.g., Labster, CloudSci) and home-based lab kits, prioritizing safety and scientific inquiry. Academic Mentorship: Actively monitor student progress, providing personalized intervention for students struggling with complex quantitative or conceptual hurdles. Faith Integration: Incorporate a Christian worldview into the study of the natural world, fostering an environment where faith and science are seen as complementary.
