About The Position

At the heart of our work is a deep belief that learning should be accessible, meaningful, and rooted in community. Our mission is to empower individuals of all ages and backgrounds to grow, connect, and thrive, whether they are exploring new interests, building job skills, or continuing their journey as lifelong learners. We serve youth, job seekers, working adults, curious minds, and passionate hobbyists by creating inclusive pathways that help everyone find their people and their purpose. Through dynamic programming, local partnerships, and a welcoming environment, we’re building a community where education doesn’t just happen in the classroom—it happens everywhere, for everyone. Community Education is seeking innovative and engaging instructors to develop programs and teach classes for neurodivergent adults (18 years of age and older). This rewarding opportunity supports a diverse group of students—some focused on building or advancing careers, others looking to explore hobbies, develop life skills, or connect more deeply with their community. Our program emphasizes inclusive, accessible instruction that empowers learners to grow academically, socially, and personally. If you’re passionate about creating supportive and meaningful learning experiences for adults of all abilities, we encourage you to consider joining our dedicated instructional team.
