About The Position

The ADH Outreach Coordinator leads the development and execution of strategies that drive lead generation, effective lead management, and strong conversion outcomes. This role builds and delivers sales presentations, cultivates and maintains relationships with key clients and referral partners, and consistently meets advertising and census goals. Adult day health outreach: Develops referral-network strategy to achieve budgeted census goals. Researches, identifies and develops new leads with professional referral sources and cultivates relationships with existing referral partners. Collaborates regularly with SeniorLine, Adult Day Health Site Managers, and Family Assistance Coordinators to ensure timely communication on all inquiries. Facilitates prompt follow-up for inquiries ready to move to enrollment, tracks status, and initiates additional outreach as needed to support conversion. Strategically identifies and executes high-impact community outreach events that effectively engage potential participants and caregivers, strengthening the referral pipeline and driving enrollment growth. Leads Inquiry and Referral (I & R) data management procedures and reporting to monitor sales leads and referral volumes and sources. Identifies patterns and trends and recommends strategic shifts. Additional Responsibilities: Adheres to and support the facilities policies, practices and procedures. Accepts assigned duties in a cooperative manner and perform all other related duties as assigned by Supervisor. Assists with in-service training and new staff training as needed. Participates in special projects and performs additional duties as required or assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
  • Experience working in the aging services environment preferred.
  • Knowledgeable about Medicare/Medicaid process preferred.
  • Advanced Knowledge and Skills in marketing automation, database management and statistical reporting.
  • Oklahoma driver's license and insurance required.
  • Ideal candidate will have two or more years of successful sales experience, preferably in the Senior Living or healthcare environment.
  • Candidate will also have a working knowledge of sales and marketing concepts to include principles and methods for promoting, and selling products and/or services.
  • Must possess excellent presentation and written communications skills.
  • Must be a self-starter with a high degree of resourcefulness, organized and detail oriented; possess strong project management skills; and a proven ability to meet deadlines and goals.
  • Positive attitude and professional appearance.
  • High capacity to work independently and with a team.
  • Good hearing, visual and speech capability.
  • Ability to lift 30 pounds.
  • Requires sitting, walking, standing, bending, and stair climbing.
  • Dependable transportation.
