Within Operations, Accenture is growing its Digital Inside Sales (DIS) team, which employs a groundbreaking approach to sales by combining trusted technical sellers with innovative technology, powered by data and insights. The Account Manager is responsible for managing, retaining, and growing a portfolio of digital advertising clients. This is achieved by delivering consultative account management, campaign optimization, and data-driven insights. The role supports advertisers and/or agencies throughout their partnership lifecycle, from onboarding to performance optimization, with the goal of driving measurable business outcomes aligned to client objectives. Account Managers operate in a dynamic, high-volume environment, serving as trusted advisors by leveraging deep knowledge of digital advertising products, performance metrics, and industry trends. Depending on the specific assignment, the role may focus on direct advertisers (AM/DIR), advertising agencies (AGY), or a blended portfolio (DIR ).
