We are looking for an Ad Revenue Operations Lead to serve as the bridge between our Ad Operations and Finance organizations. As we scale rapidly, we need a builder who can align our Ads and Finance teams, ensuring our Order-to-Cash processes are as advanced as our recommendation algorithms. This role is a 60/40 split between Revenue Operations and Ad Operations. You will own the financial integrity of our ad business—managing billing, collections, and month-end accuracy—while providing hands-on operational support for onboarding and tickets. Crucially, you will partner with Product and Engineering to automate these workflows, moving us away from manual spreadsheets and toward scalable solutions.
