About The Position

We are looking for an Ad Revenue Operations Lead to serve as the bridge between our Ad Operations and Finance organizations. As we scale rapidly, we need a builder who can align our Ads and Finance teams, ensuring our Order-to-Cash processes are as advanced as our recommendation algorithms. This role is a 60/40 split between Revenue Operations and Ad Operations. You will own the financial integrity of our ad business—managing billing, collections, and month-end accuracy—while providing hands-on operational support for onboarding and tickets. Crucially, you will partner with Product and Engineering to automate these workflows, moving us away from manual spreadsheets and toward scalable solutions.

Requirements

  • Experience: 4+ years in Revenue Operations, Ad Operations, or Finance at a high-growth tech company.
  • The "Bridge" Profile: You are fluent in both "Ops" (speed, execution, solving tickets) and "Finance" (risk, control, accuracy).
  • Builder Mentality: You don't just follow a process; you break it down and rebuild it better. You hate manual work and constantly look for ways to automate it.
  • Accuracy Obsessed: You strive for objective truth in the numbers and have zero tolerance for "fluff" or inaccuracy.
  • Technical Aptitude: Strong proficiency in Excel/Sheets is a must. Experience with SQL, Salesforce, or Netsuite is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Billing Excellence (EOM Read-Out): Lead the monthly billing cycle and finance read-out. Provide Finance with pristine billing data and act as the primary escalation point for reconciliation.
  • Collections Strategy: Partner with the team to drive collections and manage the dispute resolution process. Implement clear SOPs for failed payments and claims to minimize bad debt.
  • Ad Credit Distribution: Manage the operational review and distribution of ad credits, ensuring strict adherence to financial thresholds and audit requirements.
  • Data Integrity: Ensure every client transaction is correctly recorded to enable downstream automation and accurate reporting.

  • Onboarding Verification: Act as the operational gatekeeper for new partners; manage onboarding verification and document checks until automated product solutions are fully deployed.
  • Ticket Resolution: Provide hands-on support for ad tickets. You will troubleshoot issues directly to maintain seamless operations and partner satisfaction.
  • Trust & Safety Collaboration: Work closely with Trust and Safety teams to ensure platform safety during the onboarding and ticket resolution process.
  • Build vs. Buy: Work with Product Managers and Engineers to transition manual "check-point" tasks into automated workflows. You will identify the friction points in the 60/40 split above and help build the product features that replace them.
  • Operational Feedback Loop: Translate manual operational pain points into clear requirements for the Product team.
