LocalityNew York, NY
8d$75,000 - $85,000

About The Position

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Ad Operations Strategist who can support live digital media campaigns and collaborate effectively with internal ops teams, clients, and vendors. You will play a pivotal role in monitoring and troubleshooting campaigns that have already been activated, ensuring any live ad issues are promptly addressed. This role requires off-hours coverage (nights, weekends, some holidays) in addition to standard weekday hours, supporting rapid response for live campaign issues, reporting needs, and stakeholder communication. Investigate pacing concerns, creative errors, tag/URL problems, verification blocks, or publisher-side anomalies by reviewing platform setups, logs, and 3P data. Partner directly with publishers, SSPs, ad servers, and measurement vendors to gather information, escalate issues, confirm settings, and ensure delivery consistency across all placements. Off-Hours Monitoring: Provide night/weekend/holiday support for live campaigns, including urgent coordination with publishers and vendors when delivery or verification issues arise. Pull, reconcile, and interpret reporting from CM360, Innovid, Flashtalking, and verification partners to identify trends, discrepancies, or optimization opportunities. Maintain account and media scheduling trackers, spec sheets, issue logs, vendor updates, and operational documentation to ensure continuity across shifts. Provide clear, actionable updates to clients, sales teams, and vendors regarding delivery status, troubleshooting steps, and remediation plans. Lead issue resolution by coordinating between internal teams, publishers, and external technology vendors. Use advanced Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS) to manage pacing documents, reconciliation files, discrepancy reviews, and reporting summaries.

Requirements

  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays for critical coverage, in addition to standard weekday hours.
