What You’ll Do: At Spotter, we’re building the future of creator-powered advertising and we’re looking for a detail-oriented, data-driven Ad Operations Manager to help make it happen. In this role, you’ll coordinate, maintain, and optimize digital video ad campaigns for a fast-growing sales team at the forefront of the creator economy. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital media, social platforms, and influencer-driven content, with a strong foundation in digital advertising, preferably on YouTube and/or other social networks. You’ll be comfortable moving fast, collaborating across teams, and turning data into results.
