About The Position

Are you someone who thrives on detail, organization, and bringing digital campaigns to life? We’re looking for an Ad Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you’ll support the setup, trafficking, and launch of digital media campaigns—ensuring accuracy through strong quality assurance and vendor coordination. You’ll work closely with media, data, and production teams to translate media plans into execution, validate campaign builds, and ensure tracking and ad delivery are implemented correctly. This role plays a key part in delivering error-free campaigns and maintaining efficient, scalable processes.

Requirements

  • Campaign Trafficking & Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with digital ad platforms (e.g., Campaign Manager 360, Google Ads, Meta Ads) and a solid understanding of ad serving, tracking (pixels, floodlights, UTMs), and the campaign lifecycle.
  • Attention to Detail & Quality Assurance: Strong attention to detail with the ability to ensure accuracy across campaign components, including creatives, placements, naming conventions, and tracking.
  • Organization & Time Management: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem Solving & Troubleshooting: Ability to identify issues, investigate discrepancies, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve technical challenges.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Clear communicator who can effectively work with cross-functional teams and external vendors, translating technical requirements into actionable direction.
  • Process Mindset & Adaptability: Process-oriented with a focus on improving efficiency and scalability, while staying curious and adaptable to evolving ad tech platforms and tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field. Equivalent experience in digital advertising or ad operations may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • 1-3 years of experience in digital advertising, ad operations, campaign trafficking, or a related field.
  • Experience with digital ad platforms such as Campaign Manager 360, Google Ads, Meta Ads, or similar tools is preferred.

  • Advertising agency experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Trafficking & Execution: Coordinate the setup and launch of digital advertising campaigns across platforms (e.g., Campaign Manager 360, Google Ads, Meta Ads), ensuring accuracy and alignment with media plans.
  • Trafficking Coordination: Translate media plans into clear execution requirements, managing campaign inputs such as assets, placements, naming conventions, and timelines.
  • Vendor & Publisher Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for third-party vendors and publishers, ensuring deliverables meet specifications and resolving any trafficking or implementation issues.
  • Quality Assurance & Troubleshooting: Conduct detailed QA across campaign components and identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies or technical issues prior to and during campaign launch.
  • Process & Tracking Support: Assist with tracking implementation (pixels, floodlights, URLs) while maintaining documentation and identifying opportunities to improve workflows and efficiency.
