About the Team Our team uses Roku proprietary data and partnerships with third-party providers and commerce platforms to demonstrate the value of advertising on the Roku platform. By collaborating cross-functionally, we manage vendor integrations and provide the actionable insights needed to prove ROI and improve measurement capabilities. About the Role Roku pioneered streaming to the TV and continues to innovate and lead the industry. As we shape the future of TV advertising, a critical component of our growth is Commerce Media. We enable advertisers to connect their media spend directly to consumer purchase behavior, proving the full-funnel value of the Roku platform. We are looking for a motivated Ad Measurement Intern to join our Commerce team. In this role, you will focus on the intersection of streaming data and retail outcomes, supporting the team in analyzing how Roku ads drive sales and gaining hands-on experience in the rapidly evolving world of Retail Media Networks (RMNs) and closed-loop attribution. For Illinois only - The estimated hourly rate for this position is between $20 and $50 per hour. Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location. Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Analytics, Economics, Marketing Research, or a related quantitative field.
  • Basic understanding of ad measurement concepts and TV ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with measurement methodologies (A/B testing, incrementality, MTA (Multi-Touch Attribution), MMM (Marketing Mix Modeling)).
  • Ability to perform analysis using tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, or similar.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into easily digestible information for non-technical audiences.
  • Passionate about TV, streaming, consumer shopping behavior, and working with data.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the day-to-day support of Commerce Media measurement, ensuring data accuracy and helping to prepare visualizations that show purchase-based outcomes.
  • Assist in the design and execution of A/B tests and incrementality studies to measure the effectiveness of commerce audiences.
  • Support data-sharing and reporting workflows with Commerce Media partners and third-party vendors to help track the performance of Roku's commerce business.
  • Help update and maintain case studies and benchmarks that demonstrate the full-funnel ROI Roku delivers for CPG and Retail advertisers.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Roku Retail Media partners to understand how commerce measurement solutions are developed, integrated, and sold.
